Handwoven Vernon Plaid towels are inspired by visits to Vernon’s cabin set deep in the woods by two ponds, where my grandpa took me fishing. The colors—wheat, denim, dolphin grey, lichen, blaze, brass, and seaweed—recall the bright, yet dusty mid century furnishings: lawn chairs, old blankets, fishing lures and bobbers to name a few. Woven with textured sand-colored cotton yarn, they work as hand towels or a small table runner and add a warm touch of nostalgia.
Great for kitchen or as hand/face towel in the bathroom.
Soft yet durable, these towels are absorbent and made to last.
Pre-washed and shrunk.
Machine wash cold, tumble or air dry.
Steam iron on cotton setting if desired.
